_Athletes are always drafted and traded but lack a support system to help them transition into their new lives with their new prospective teams. A Life in Sports initiates and forges relationships with player operations personnel to assist with helping the athlete adjust smoothly.

Draft Prospects & Rookies
We assist our newly drafted clients by insuring that their basic day to day needs are met, by setting up travel to and from practice, laundry and dry cleaning concierge, and build relationships with hotel staff and security. Compile lists of all restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment attractions, and malls within close proximity to temporary living quarters. Once it is confirmed that employment is secure, the process of assessing their needs takes place and move into transitional support that coincides with our personal assistant services.
   
Traded Players
The needs of clients who have been traded are different. A mid-season trade can be difficult. At a time when the client focus is transitioning, we step in and take on the relocation process, which can be stressful and equally frustrating, from start to finish. We assist the player and if needed, family members.

We manage communication and documents needed to apply and request reimbursement of relocation expenses in pursuant to Players Rights, in the Collective Bargaining Agreement when traded.
